Here is how an engagement usually runs, and who does what along the way.

  1. Tell me what is eating your time. Free

    A 15-minute call. You describe the work and the tools your team already uses. We decide together whether there is something worth fixing.

  2. If you want implementation, I send a written scope.

    What I would fix first, what is included, what is not, and what it costs. You look it over and decide before any work begins.

  3. You choose what I am allowed to use.

    Only the business information you are comfortable sharing. We write down exactly what that includes, and you can change it.

  4. We test it beside the way you work now.

    The first task runs quietly next to your current process, so we can compare results before it touches a real customer.

  5. You look it over, then it goes to work.

    You review the results and give the okay. If something is off, we fix it. Only then does the task go into regular use, with a short plain-English guide so your team can run it without me.

  6. I stay with it after setup. Monthly

    We check in once a month. I keep things running, check the output, update your guide when something changes, and bring you the next improvement to approve. Bigger projects get quoted separately before we start.

Straight answers before you book.

Will my staff have to learn a complicated new system?

No. The goal is less for your team to do, not more. The work runs behind the scenes, reaches your team as drafts to check, and anything they do touch comes with a short plain-English guide.

What does the setup fee pay for?

Mapping the task, putting your approved information in place, writing the approval rules, building the first working setup, testing it beside your current process, and a handoff guide. You keep all of it.

Why is there a monthly fee at all?

Because the work keeps coming. New requests arrive, tools change, and output still needs checking. The monthly is finished work plus upkeep. It is not unlimited AI work; what is included is written in your scope.

Are the demos on this page what I would actually get?

They show the shape of the work: visible steps, approved sources, and owner approval before anything goes out. They run on sample data for a fictional business, right in your browser. Your real setup is built inside your own tools, on your real requests, to a written scope you approve.

What will you have access to?

Only what the agreed job needs, and only what you approve. We write down what you share before work starts, and you can change it. I work inside the tools you already own.

Do I own the work, and what happens if we stop?

The setup lives inside your own accounts and tools, so the working task, your information, and the written guide stay with you. How pausing or ending works is confirmed in your written scope before you start.

Are third-party software costs included?

No. If a task needs paid software, the cost is yours, and it is listed and approved before anything starts. I will not sign you up for anything without your okay.

AI makes mistakes. How do I know I can trust the output?

You do not have to trust it blindly. Important output is prepared as a draft for a person to check, and the approval rules decide what may go out on its own. When something is uncertain, it waits for you. The Business Brain demo above shows the same idea: when the approved sources do not cover a question, it says so instead of guessing.

Can you handle sensitive or private work?

Anything sensitive is handled only under rules we agree on in writing, and it waits for a person before it goes anywhere. If you would rather keep certain work fully manual, we leave it out of scope.

I'm Justin Whalen. ClearPath comes from years in real operations: kitchens, bars, scheduling, and lesson programs at a busy ski resort, plus years of teaching as an AASI Level III instructor. Those jobs run on someone's memory. They taught me what owners will actually use and what gets ignored the second it feels like extra work.

Built with your team. I sit down with you and the people closest to the work. We map how things actually run, mark where a person stays in charge, and only build what your team can run after I'm gone. If something is not worth fixing, I will tell you that too.
